Sole Proprietorship Company<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">A single individual owning the business and benefiting from its profits is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/sole-proprietorship-registration.php\">Sole Proprietorship Company<\/a>.\u00a0An entity in this format generally takes 15 days to be functional and requires\u00a0some basic statutory registrations.<\/p>\n<h3>2.\u00a0Partnership Firm<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">This company formation involves two or more individuals with a maximum limit of twenty, bringing their ideologies to create a business structure in accordance with the terms and objectives mentioned in the partnership deed. The registration must be done either during the initiation of the company or during the course of the Firm&#8217;s action.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/partnership-firm-registration.php\">partnership firm<\/a> works on the terms mentioned in the partnership deed. Governed by the Indian Partnership Act, 2003,\u00a0a Partnership firm can opt for registration and get a registration number.<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u00a0One Person Company<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/one-person-company-registration.php\">One Person Company<\/a> is an enhancement over Sole Proprietorship Entity, which gives the only founder absolute control and benefit of limited liability.\u00a0So in other words, a One Person Company is also a Limited Liability Company (LLC).\u00a0One\u00a0Person\u00a0Company\u00a0needs to get registered with Registrar of Companies (RoC) under Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).<\/p>\n<h3>4.\u00a0Limited Liability Partnership<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/llp-registration.php\">Limited Liability\u00a0Partnership (LLP)<\/a> is formed with few privileges over Partnership Firm. In an\u00a0LLP, the liabilities of the partners are limited and protected from their fellow partners&#8217; debts and actions. The partnership deed plays a vital role in the working of an LLP, drafted by the partners and filed with the Registrar of Companies.<\/p>\n<h3>5.\u00a0Private Limited Company<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">A Company owned by shareholders, but managed by directors is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/private-limited-company-registration.php\">Private Limited Company<\/a>. Limited liability is provided to its members, as the identity of the company stands differentiated to the identity of its directors and shareholders.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Another noted feature of a Private Limited Company is, the shares of this company cannot be offered to the public.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Public Limited Company<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">In legal terms, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msassociates.pro\/public-limited-company-registration.php\">Public Limited Company<\/a> is similar to Private Limited Company, except that\u00a0the minimum number\u00a0of shareholders\u00a0is 7 in public limited company, whereas it is 2 in a Private limited company.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Further, a Public limited company can offer its share to the public.<\/p>\n<h2>Company: Register and Administer<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">The registration of any company is a process undertaken by the Registrar of Companies\u00a0(RoC), an office under the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Abiding by the rules of Companies\u00a0Act,\u00a01956 and Companies\u00a0Act, 2013, RoC\u00a0administers these companies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">22 Registrar of Companies&#8217;\u00a0offices currently operates\u00a0in all major states of India.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Although the registration of all the companies stands to be similar, yet each kind of company demands certain prerequisites.
